(Work Experience) Mr. Shibata started his career at a trust bank in financing and financial operations, whereafter he gained extensive experience in law firms, in a wide range of corporate legal affairs including overseas legal affairs and M&A. While at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he engaged in negotiations for economic treaties. Most recently, he worked as an in-house lawyer and provided various consultations to business units as well as domestic and overseas subsidiaries at a major SIer (System Integrator) based in Japan.
