Article 1 (Personal Information)

The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related government guidelines, as well as other laws and regulations related to the proper handling of personal information (as defined in Article 2.1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information). Article 2 (Acquisition of Personal Information)

We will acquire personal information to the extent necessary for the performance of our business and by appropriate means, after specifying the purpose for which the personal information is to be used.

Except as permitted by law, we will use personal information only within the scope of the following purposes of use and the purposes of use separately notified or publicly announced. In addition, the Company shall provide necessary and appropriate supervision of its employees to ensure the safe management of personal information. In the event that the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information, the Company shall provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the safe management of personal information at the outsourced company.

Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information)

If any of the following requests are made in relation to personal information held by the Company, the Company will respond to the request in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law after confirming that the request is made by the person in question or his/her representative.

• Notification of purpose of use
• Disclosure of personal information in our possession that identifies the person
• Correction, addition, or deletion of personal information held by the Company that identifies the person
• Suspension of use, deletion, or cessation of provision to third parties
